The
HUBER RoSF3 Grit Classifier is an advanced grit dewatering machine that
employs a specially design inlet distribution system. The RoSF3 can dewater
grit to up to 70% dry solids. The unit is available in three sizes that
can handle between 5 - 25 L/s of grit pumped from Vortex Grit Removal
System or Constant Velocity Grit Channels. The unit is in stainless steel
construction of a very robust design. |

The HUBER RoSF4 Grit Washing Classifier is the world's most popular grit
washing classifier. The high performance of the unit has resulted in the
installation of over 700 units worldwide. The RoSF4 can produce grit with
90% dry solids and less then 3% residual organics. This significantly
reduces landfill disposal costs and in some instances the grit can be
reused. The unit is available in three sizes with a capacities ranging
from 5 - 25 L/s. |

The RoSF5 Grit Treatment Process is a unique system developed by HUBER
for the processing of grit that is generated from wet well pump-outs,
sewer cleaning and road sweeping. The package comprises of a bunker loading
system, coarse screening, grit washing and grit recovery. Up to 2 t/h
of grit can be processed. The RoSF5 process can significantly reduced
grit disposal costs. The washed grit can be reused in construction materials. |

Circular Grit Chambers
The HUBER HRSF Circular Grit Chamber is a high efficiency grit removal
system. The unit can separate grit particles from sewerage or industrial
waste water. Flow range is between 10 - 200 L/s. Settled grit is pumped
with a rubber lined slurry pump to a RoSF3/ Grit Classifier system for
final treatment. |
