Automatic Liquid Polymer Blending / Make-up Systems

Systems Available:

The SureBlend^® range of automatic liquid polymer blending and preparation systems are available in the FSH and PBL series. The SureBlend^® FSH Series is designed for small to medium applications whereas the PBL Series is for high loading applications.

SureBlend Automatic Liquid Polymer System

Operating Principle:

SureBlend^® automatic liquid polymer systems rely on a mixing pump to efficiently dissolve the neat liquid polymer into a solution. The number of passes through the pump is easily adjustable to vary the polymer concentration to suit the application.

Whilst the dilution is inline, a maturing tank is included in all SureBlend^® liquid systems to ensure proper aging of the polymer solution prior to dosing. This critical feature is standard in all SureBlend^® liquid systems.

Scope of Supply:

SureBlend^® systems are offered as complete skid mounted units that include dosing pumps, wiring, piping and control system. The control panel and wiring fully complies to AS3000.

Installation:

Simply lower the skid into position and connect power and water.
