To answer the growing problems and concerns of bunding IBC's or 1000L Transportable Containers AJM Environmental Services Pty Ltd has developed a single piece bund unit that satisfies both the containment volume and spray angle requirements of both the Environmental Protection Agency and Australian Standards.

Available in a wide range of materials to suit almost all hazardous corrosive 8 chemicals these bund units effectively prevent spillage of chemicals in the event of IBC leakage or failure.

Standard Materials of Construction include:
   · Fibreglass ISO-resin
   · Fibreglass Deracane-resin
   · 316L stainless steel
   · 304 stainless steel
 

The bund is simply bolted onto a suitable flat base and is ready to use. No need for formwork, concrete or epoxy lining.

The bulky bin is lifted onto the rails at the front of the unit and pushed back leaving a space at the front, which complies with spray angle requirements.

The bunds area available in a range of colours and appropriate signage is included. All engineering for AJM's Chemical Bunds are carried out using the latest AutoCAD software.
