AJM

Clarifiers are an ideal solution for the treatment of wastewater when
solids in the waste stream readily settle and there is little or no oily
substance present. AJM's smaller industrial clarifiers are constructed
in stainless steel with 60 degree cones. Larger units incorporate a shallow
base with rake mechanism. Designs can be free standing or concrete
based units in a range of diameters and depths to suit each application. |

to thicken waste activated sludge (WAS). All WAS EnviroDAF systems are
designed specifically to suit each individual application. WAS EnviroDAF
systems can be fabricated in stainless steel, mild steel or concrete.
In addition to the traditional surface scraper, All units are fitted with
bottom scrapers or screw conveyors. |

The HUBER Disc Thickener is a high performance sludge thickening machine
for smaller applications. The Disc Thickener can handle flows between
5 - 20 m3/h. The unit utilises a slow speed disc as the separation medium.
The whole unit is enclosed in a stainless steel main case and is suitable
for outdoor use. Polymer consumption is typically 4 - 4.5 kg/t. |

Gravity Belt Thickeners
The HUBER Gravity Belt Thickener is a continuous sludge-thickening machine
that utilises a single belt as the separation medium. The unit consists
of a generous drainage zone to ensure maximum thickened sludge concentration.
The frame and rolls are manufactured in stainless steel. Capacities range
from 20 m3/h to 160 m3/h of waste activated sludge. |
