The AJM Belt Filter Press range is constructed as standard with a 304 stainless steel frame, with all wetted parts in stainless steel, rubber or plastic. In corrosive slurry environments this provides additional unit life span that painted mild steel does not.

Our Belt Filter Presses are available in three ranges:

Belt widths start at 0.5M through to 2.5M. The loadings range from 20 kg/h through to 800 kg/h of dry solid.

The Belt Presses can be fitted with pre-thickening in order to process sludge with a concentration less than 1.0% w/w solids. The pre-thickener can be either a gravity belt thickener or rotary screen thickener. The use of a Gravity Belt Thickener can enable the dewatering of up to 120 m3/h of sludge in single train.

AJM can offer packaged dewatering systems including ancillaries such as controls, pumps and AJM Polymer Rigs. Skid mounted and trailer mounted units are also available. All AJM engineering for the belt filter presses are carried out using the latest AutoCAD software.
